All care is taken but we must be notified by the client of any plumbing pipes and electrical cables that may be close to the installation area prior to installation. Failure to do so will result in no responsibility accepted.

No shower screen is 100% waterproof, more water resistant.

Shower screens are subject to vigorous amounts of water daily. They are manufactured with joins, moving parts and openings around doors, plus the use of sealants. From time to time water may find a way outside the perimeter, if this is an occasional thing it is considered general use and not a defect.

Shower Screen Warranty…….

After full payment, 12 months warranty is given for faulty parts.

Clients must inform us within 30 days from install of a constant leaking issue, past this period it may be assumed the seal has been compromised via cleaning.

We may still be happy to reseal, but a callout fee may apply.

IMPORTANT: Use of hand held shower heads directly onto the shower screen in a cleaning fashion may void warranty.

IMPORTANT: We cannot warranty non compliant bathroom floors. Must comply with current Australian standards.
